The CHAMPS2 Foundation Examination has been designed to provide you with a valid assessment of your knowledge of the whole Business Transformation Process.

This online Examination consists of 50 multiple choice questions and will take 45 minutes to complete. To sit the exam, you must first register using information given to you by your Employer or by the APM Group.

Your Result will be given to you after you complete the online examination. If you are successful, an CHAMPS2 Foundation Certificate will be posted to you within 30 days.
