PARTICIPANTS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING
All managers need to understand finance if they are to play an active role in helping their organisation achieve its objectives. Not all managers need the same level of skill and understanding as specialist financial managers, but a good knowledge of the key concepts of prudent financial management - such as modern financial accounting - should equipped non-financial managers with the knowledge they require.

This qualification is designed to provide both employers and employees with independent verification of the financial knowledge of managers who do not directly work within a finance role.

The exam format is as follows:
  • Multiple choice
  • 25 questions per paper with 1 mark available per question
  • 18 marks required to pass - 72%
  • 1 hour duration
  • The use of a calculator is permitted throughout the examination
  • • The glossary has been provided during the examination for your reference and may be used as required. This can be found at the bottom of each examination page though please note time spent looking at the glossary will be taken from the total time allowed for the exam.
