Start the ITIL® Version 3 Managers Bridge Exam

Candidates - Please Read The Following Carefully Before Proceeding (English)
This qualification will bridge the gap between the ITIL V1 or V2 Service Manager Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL Expert certification in IT Service Management. This exam is only intended for those holding a valid ITIL Managers Certificate in IT Service Management based on ITIL Versions 1 or 2 and those V2 Practitioners who have accrued sufficient credits.

The exam format is as follows:
  • Multiple choice
  • 20 questions per paper with 1 mark available per question
  • 16 marks required to pass - 80%
  • 1.5 hours duration
  • Closed book.
