Start the ITIL® Version 2 Practitioner Exam

Candidates - Please Read The Following Carefully Before Proceeding
The ITIL V2 Practitioner qualification is aimed at those who are responsible within their organisation for designing specific processes within the IT Service Management discipline, and performing the activities that belong to those processes. The Practitioner Certificates focus on the depth of understanding and application of those subjects, treating each subject as a specialism.

The exam format is as follows:
  • Multiple choice
  • 40 questions per paper with 1 mark available per question
  • 26 marks required to pass - 65%
  • 2 hour duration – additional 15 minutes reading time prior to the start of the exam allowed to study the scenario and attachments on which the questions will be based
  • Closed book.
