You can get a flavour of the ITIL Foundation Bridge examination by trying a sample exam. It consists of 20 multiple choice questions that are typical of the sort of questions in the real examination.

The pass mark is 65% (13 answered correctly out of 20 questions).

The questions will probe your understanding of key IT Service Management processes and procedures and assess your experience of applying them in real situations.

Click the Start button to start the sample examination. You will have 30 minutes to answer the questions.

Each question together with the answer options will be displayed on the screen. Buttons enabling you to view the next or previous question are provided. You can also click the numbered links to go directly to a question. If you are not sure of the answer, move on to the next question - you can always return to earlier questions.

The questions have been structured in such a way as to examine a number of different aspects of ITIL processes, but in no particular sequence. It is important that your answers are in accordance with what you consider to be correct rather than what you may think the examination is seeking to establish.

There is only one correct answer per question, unless more than one is specified for that question.

When you have completed the questions click the End Exam button to obtain your result.

The examination is completed when your result is displayed, so make sure you have completed all questions before clicking the End Exam button!
